Beginner and Intermediate Coach Eugene Sokolovsky

If there is any counselor within our organization who can provide you with over 100 correct phrases for any given term, it is Zhenya.  His vocabulary is as extensive as his arsenal of openings, middle game traps, and we won’t even discuss how much he knows about the endspiel.  There are not enough hours in the day, days in the week, or queens on the board to accurately provide a description of the almost librarical (it is a new term I came up with especially for Eugene) catalog of knowledge that Eugene possesses inside his head.

Eugene also translates poetry from Russian to English, and has an avid fascination with literature.
