REGISTRATION & FEES:
Registration closes for each section 30 min before the start of its first round.
Late arrivals will be admitted to the first round only at the discretion of the tournament director.
Fee: Section 1 through 4 - $25 pre-registered by mail; $30 for on-site registration.
Open - $40 pre-registered by mail, $45 for on-site registration.
Players in Rated Sections must be current members of the U.S. Chess Federation
