camp T-shirts and FUN! To register please fill out the form below and submit with $50 registration fee
(please keep the top portion of this form with you.) If you register before April 1, 2009 the $50 fee
will be applied toward your tuition. After 4/1 the $50 fee will be charged in addition to tuition.
