Good-Bye Summer; Hello Fall!
Camp Continues In During Winter Break (December 25-29th)!
Hello everyone,
As you know our Summer camp has ended after ten glorious weeks. Though the turnout for some weeks was way lower than we expected week 10 certainly made up for part of that as we were completely booked up in both Teaneck and Glen Rock! We have been asked about adding another week to the scholastic program (week11!!!!) and may consider doing it next year if the demand is there.
This was also the first year where we considerably expanded our GM camp (minimum USCF 1600 required for this one. Thank you GM Alexander Stripunsky for all the work here) to a record breaking seven (!) weeks which is something that we have never done before.
As always Sergey Grabuzov did a terrific job running our Master camp (minimum USCF 1200).
Pictures and weekly reports of all our camps can be found on our website!
Our next camp is our traditional “Winter Camp” which this year will be during the week of December 25th-29th. As always we will try to hold the camp in both locations if the demand is there, but if not expect it to be exclusively in Glen Rock as the location is bigger.
Registration is open for Doctor Ostfeld Memorial tournaments on October 1st!
Finally, our Fall session began last week with classes in Glen Rock, and in Teaneck. Remember our “Rating challenge” as well as our Saturday quad tournaments which are held every Saturday at 1:30 pm at the Glen Rock location (don’t be shy to ask how to join!).
Thank you and see everyone in class! For more information, please contact us
